Jonny has over four years experience working within gyms and sport settings including professional football and rugby.
He combines this valuable experience with fundamental knowledge from his degree in strength and conditioning to tailor programmes to clients’ individual needs including sports performance, sports rehabilitation, fat loss and body recomposition.
James is a graduate nutritionist who has been educating himself further, completing multiple nutrition courses since his degree.
When coaching clients in the gym, he incorporates nutritional principles to achieve vast body recomposition, improved health and improved performance.
James focuses on making habit and lifestyle changes to achieve significant results - making it as easy as possible to adhere to the planned changes with the least amount of stress.
Completing his BSc in Sport Science in 2016. Liam has seen the trends come and go. He knows exactly what works for an individual and what doesn’t. based on the lifestyle restrictions and external constraints. His focus is on achieving maximal results and transforming yourself, regardless of how much time you can commit.
